Freudenheim Partners represents Ketryx in 10,222 s/f sublease at One Main St., Cambridge, MA

Cambridge, MA Freudenheim Partners represented Ketryx, one of the leaders in AI-native compliance for life sciences, in securing a 10,222 s/f sublease at One Main St. Fresh off of announcing the company’s $39 million Series B, the new space will support Ketryx’s growing Boston-area operations and plans to hire additional employees as demand for its advanced compliance technology accelerates.

Chris Rogers and Ellie Cullinan of Freudenheim Partners represented Ketryx, while David Townsend of Newmark represented the sublandlord, Mass. General Brigham.

This location ensures Ketryx remains at the center of the city’s innovation ecosystem, offering proximity to top tech talent, research institutions, and venture partners. The move demonstrates Ketryx’s commitment to building a best-in-class team and delivering intelligent, AI-driven compliance solutions to regulated sectors like medical devices and pharmaceuticals.

Founded by CEO Erez Kaminski, Ketryx is an AI-native compliance platform designed to help life science teams release safer products faster.

The company, which is relocating from its previous space at the Cambridge Innovation Center, has a100 employees globally, with 50 based in the city.
