Fugitt and Maglione rep. Fitness Edge in 22,000 s/f lease at Shelton Sq.
According to David Fugitt, SIOR and Chris Maglione, both with John D. Hastings, the retail space at Shelton Sq. Shopping Center, 898 Bridgeport Ave., was recently leased.
Fugitt and Maglione were the exclusive agents representing the Fitness Edge Health Club in the long term lease. They leased 22,000 s/f of space in the shopping center anchored by Super Stop & Shop and Bed Bath & Beyond.
The Fitness Edge will be opening soon after finishing renovations.
Christa Minogue of Staubach Retail represented the sub-lessor in this lease transaction.
