Fulcrum Assocs. partners with Great NH Restaurants for new T-BONES Great American Eatery in Hudson, NH

Hudson, NH Fulcrum Associates again has proudly partnered with Great NH Restaurants, Inc. on the construction of a new T-BONES Great American Eatery. This project delivers a modern, full-service dining destination designed to enhance both the guest experience and operational efficiency, while continuing a long-standing relationship between the two teams. The new store replaces the former T-Bones Hudson store providing a new home for their long-established local clientele.

The new one-story restaurant, featuring a partial basement, was constructed to support a high-volume commercial kitchen and full-service dining operations. The facility includes dedicated dry storage, refrigerated storage areas, and a fully integrated commercial kitchen layout designed to optimize workflow and staff efficiency. Mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems were carefully coordinated to meet the demands of this extremely busy restaurant environment, while a complete automatic fire sprinkler system ensures code compliance and life safety throughout the building. The new building, with a few minor modifications, is direct replica of Great NH Restaurant’s highly successful T-Bones Concord, N.H. location.

Site development played a key role in the success of this project. The project site is located directly off the access drive to the Hudson Walmart and required extensive coordination and execution to ensure uninterrupted access for Walmart patrons. Work included comprehensive sitework, utility coordination, and the installation of new sidewalks and paved parking areas to support safe and convenient access for guests and staff. The layout was designed in accordance with all local zoning regulations and ADA accessibility requirements, ensuring a welcoming and functional environment for all visitors.

A major highlight of the project is the incorporation of thoughtfully designed indoor and outdoor dining spaces. The exterior features expanded patio seating and a custom outdoor fireplace, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere that extends the dining experience beyond the interior of the building. These elements not only enhance the guest experience but also provide flexibility for seasonal use and increased seating capacity.

Throughout construction, Fulcrum worked closely with Great NH Restaurants and project stakeholders to maintain schedule, manage costs, and ensure quality at every phase. From preconstruction planning through final completion, the team focused on delivering a high-quality commercial restaurant facility that aligns with the brand’s identity and operational goals.

The completion of the T-BONES Great American Eatery in Hudson represents another successful collaboration between Fulcrum Associates and Great NH Restaurants, reinforcing a shared commitment to building spaces that serve the community while supporting long-term business success. The success of this project could not have been achieved without the exceptional leadership of the Fulcrum team led by project manager Marcus Swedberg, site superintendent Kirk Oby and assistant project manager Terry Corbett. The project design team included Red Fox Architects, Trillium Engineering, WV Engineering and Meridian Land Services. Key subcontractor partners included Better Built Homes, JDS Flooring, Amore Electric, Marchand Painting, Optiline Enterprises, Oliver Mechanical and On-line Plumbing.
