Grubb & Ellis|Coldstream Real Estate Advisors, Inc. was selected by the University System of New Hampshire (USNH) to manage the institutions' real estate needs statewide. G&E|Coldstream principals Bob Rohrer and David Choate, as well as marketing and research professionals, Susanne Dailey and Melissa Christenson, collaborated in developing the proposal.
The University System of New Hampshire is comprised of the University of New Hampshire, Plymouth State University, Keene State College, and Granite State College. Almost 30,000 enrolled students and 70,000 alumni live in New Hampshire. Among these various colleges under the USNH umbrella, there are 13 campuses.
