Gagnon, Wamester, Morizio of Colliers International handle $1.5m sale to Development Associates, LLC
East Granby, CT Philip Gagnon, SIOR, Jay Wamester, SIOR and Nicholas Morizio, SIOR of Colliers International have arranged the $1.5 million sale of a 54,000 s/f, class A office building at 2 Gateway Blvd. The office project is halfway between Hartford and Bradley Airport.
Development Associates, LLC purchased the building. Formerly occupied by Stub Hub, 2 Gateway is a premier corporate location.
