Galaxy Development leases 1,553 s/f to Goodwill Industries
Colchester, CT Galaxy Development, LLC has leased a unit to Goodwill Industries International, Inc. at Keystone Shoppes. The 1,553 s/f space will serve as the Goodwill’s Colchester Donation Center.
Keystone Shoppes is a 34,000 s/f shopping center situated along Rte.16 with shared signal light access with Stop & Shop. Co-tenants include: Select Physical Therapy, Ichiban Asian Bistro, Advance Auto Parts, Bank of America, Classy Nails & Spa, Edward Jones, H & R Block, Snap Fitness and The Nurse’s Office Urgent Care. The plaza at 179 Linwood Ave. along with the adjoining Stop & Shop and other stores has over 110,000 customers monthly making it a desirable area for local and national retailers. Retail neighbors include Starbucks, AutoZone, Dunkin’, AT&T, Walgreens, United Bank and CVS.
