Gallagher and Sutton of NAI Hunneman handle 32,790 s/f lease on behalf of the landlord, Boston Development Group

NAI Hunneman's leasing & advisory service team completed a 32,790 s/f lease transaction with WiTricity Corp. for the first and second floors at 51-57 Water St. The company is relocating from Grove St. as soon as renovations are complete. NAI Hunneman executive vice president & principal Evan Gallagher along with vice president Ben Sutton represented landlord Boston Development Group while Transwestern RBJ represented the tenant. "We are thrilled for our client Boston Development Group in securing WiTricity as the new anchor tenant for 51-57 Water St.," said Gallagher. "Watertown is widely considered one of the up and coming hot markets in Greater Boston and this transaction further solidifies that."
