Gallagher and Sutton of NAI Hunneman handle 8,900 s/f lease on behalf of tenant, Sample6 at 840 Memorial Drive

NAI Hunneman's advisory service team completed a lease transaction for food research & safety company Sample6 as the company moved its operations from Boston's Innovation District to 8,900 s/f at 840 Memorial Dr. NAI Hunneman executive vice president & principal Evan Gallagher along with senior associate Ben Sutton represented Sample6 while landlord The Abbey Group represented itself in the transaction. "We conducted an extensive search on behalf of Sample6, to evaluate all of the lab space options in the Boston, Cambridge and 128 submarkets," said Gallagher. "840 Memorial created a perfect combination of high-tech lab space and value as it pertains to cost." 840 Memorial Dr. consists of a unique mix of lab and office space with impressive views of the Charles River and in close proximity to area amenities.
