Galvani and Quinn of SVN | Parsons Commercial Group broker $8.6 million sale - sold by Thomson Realty LP to Hopkinton Business Center, LLC

Hopkinton, MA SVN | Parsons Commercial Group | Boston completed the sale of 77 Main St., a 55,000 s/f office building for $8.6 million. Victor Galvani represented the seller, Thomson Realty LP, and Garrett Quinn represented the buyer, Hopkinton Business Center, LLC. 

Located on Rte. 135, 77 Main St. is a fully leased office building built in 2000. The building has a variety of tenants including a dental office, a jewelry store, and a specialized planning and construction company that occupies the entire third floor.

In 2015, SVN was hired as the exclusive listing broker for lease. After bringing the property to 100% occupancy, SVN was approached by ownership to begin the process of positioning the asset for sale. 

“This is a stabilized asset with a strong tenant base and long-term leases,” said Galvani. “In addition, having a sophisticated buyer and seller made this a seamless transaction.”
