According to H. Pearce Comm'l. R.E., Joel Galvin, GRI, CCS has leased 10,000 s/f at 114 East Main St., for an ACE Hardware store.
Galvin represented the landlord, River St. Storage Corp.  Michael Berke of Oxford Realty represented the tenant, Steward Hardware Co. who will be operating the store.
