Galvin of H. Pearce Commercial R.E. handles lease for Ace Hardware
According to H. Pearce Comm'l. R.E., Joel Galvin, GRI, CCS has leased 10,000 s/f at 114 East Main St., for an ACE Hardware store.
Galvin represented the landlord, River St. Storage Corp. Â Michael Berke of Oxford Realty represented the tenant, Steward Hardware Co. who will be operating the store.
