Allaire of ERA Key Comm'l. handles $475,000 sale of 2 building retail site
Jeff Allaire of ERA Key Commercial represented the seller K & J Realty Trust and procured the buyer Jajosh Realty Trust in the recent sale of a retail site.
The property consists of a free standing brick and block building leased to a convenience store and a free standing wood frame building currently leased to a dentist's office.
The buyer has major remodeling plans for both buildings and plans parking lot and green space improvements at the site.
The subject is located at the crossroads of Rtes. 126 and 140 in the center of town directly across from a new Walgreen's and the new Bellingham Town Hall.
