Rich of Cardente handled 2,000 s/f lease on behalf of Subway

According to Cardente Real Estate, a Subway franchise has leased 2,000 s/f of space next to the Dunkin' Donuts at Scarborough Crossing which is located at 91 County Rd. This transaction was brokered on behalf of the landlord, by Karen Rich of Cardente Real Estate and the tenant was represented by Dale Holman of Malone Commercial Brokers.
