Galvin of Pearce Real Estate handles $637,500 office bldg. sale
Guilford, CT According to Barbara Pearce, CEO and president of Pearce Real Estate, Joel Galvin, GRI, CCS, senior commercial associate with the company, sold 1570 Boston Post Rd.
The property consists of a professional office building of 8,500 s/f on 3.4 acres. The property sold for $637,500.
Galvin represented the seller, the Wire Journal Association, and Peter Lucchese of Sound Realty represented the buyer, Andrew Agemy.
