Gamache and Norton of Kinlin Grover Commercial broker $625,000 sale
George Gamache, Kinlin Grover CommercialBourne, MA Kinlin Grover Commercial recently brokered the sale of two properties located at 23 Cranberry Highway and 44 Adams St.
The properties were sold for $625,000 and represent the final two properties of five adjacent commercial properties sold by the Kinlin Grover team in the last 60 days.
George Gamache of Kinlin Grover Commercial, Mashpee, represented the sellers, and Robert Norton of Kinlin Grover, Barnstable, represented the buyer.
Kinlin Grover Commercial is a commercial real estate brokerage company specializing in commercial and investment properties in Southeastern Mass., with offices in Mashpee, Orleans, Falmouth and Plymouth.
