Gardner of Castles Commercial brokers $2.275 million sale
Waltham, MA Dan Gardner, partner/broker at Castles Commercial has compelted the sale of 91, 93, 95 and 97 Chestnut St. The sale consisted of was 10 units in three separate properties. The property sold for $2.275 million The seller was Moody Street Realty Trust and the buyer was Shenmian Yu.
