Gardner of DMG Brokerage sells 3,427 s/f commercial condominium for $1.2 million
Walpole, MA Daniel Gardner, owner/broker of DMG Brokerage, sold a 3,427 s/f commercial condominium at 979 Main St. for $1.2 million. The owner had condominiumized the first floor.
“The sale reflects on a continued demand for well-located suburban commercial space. The property offers excellent visibility along Rte. 1A and is suitable for office, medical, or professional use,” said Gardner.
This is the second time Gardner has sold this property. It is currently a nine-unit apartment building and was formerly a Bank of America location.
