Alongside retailers such as Burlington, Chick-fil-A, and Ashley Homestore, the new 41,053 s/f Big Y is an ideal addition to the tenant roster. Located along Rte. 9, the center benefits from visibility and access, with traffic exceeding 49,000 vehicles per day and a nearby population of over 79,000 households earning an average of $184,000/year within five miles (RK Centers).
