With the addition of Big Y, RK Speedway Plaza has returned to 100% occupancy. Alongside retailers such as Burlington, Chick-fil-A, and Ashley Homestore, the new 41,053 s/f Big Y is an ideal addition to the tenant roster. Located along Rte. 9, the center benefits from visibility and access, with traffic exceeding 49,000 vehicles per day and a nearby population of over 79,000 households earning an average of $184,000/year within five miles (RK Centers).

Beverly, MA Jay Goldberg, president and owner of Spire Investments has completed the purchase of four multifamily buildings. The 33-unit purchase amounted to a sale price of $9.2 million or $278,788 per unit. The properties are all located in downtown and consist of one- and two-bedroom units.
