Gatti and Papazian of Greater Boston Commercial Properties broker $6 million sale

Westborough, MA Benjamin Gatti and Nishan Papazian of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the seller in the sale of 34,500 s/f at 180 Turnpike Rd. This stand-alone flex building is situated on 7.27 acres on Rte. 9. The sale price of $6 million represents a cost per s/f of $174, although the buyer’s intention is to demolish the building and redevelop the site. 

TTHY Westborough LLC’s acquisition was contingent on permitting a new Hyundai automotive dealership including a showroom, sales and financing offices, and customer lounge. The first level will have a service drive-in, advisors, and automotive service shop. The second and third levels will be unenclosed parking garages with car displays.
