The sale price of $6 million represents a cost per s/f of $174, although the buyer’s intention is to demolish the building and redevelop the site. 

TTHY Westborough LLC’s acquisition was contingent on permitting a new Hyundai automotive dealership including a showroom, sales and financing offices, and customer lounge. The first level will have a service drive-in, advisors, and automotive service shop. The second and third levels will be unenclosed parking garages with car displays.
