Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. brokers sale of 206 Turnpike Rd. for $1.55 million
Southborough MA Ben Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. brokered the sale of 206 Turnpike Rd. The property is a 6,500 s/f office building. Gatti represented the seller, Petroleum Processing Solutions, LLC and created a competitive bidding environment between multiple buyers resulting in a sale price of $1.55 million, which was above asking price. The buyer, Cactus Capital Boston, LLC is a used Lamborghini dealer who will benefit from the prime location and access to Rte. 9.
