Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties Inc. completes $2.6m sale
Chelmsford, MA Ben Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties Inc. brokered the sale of 40 Brick Kiln Rd.
The 19,946 s/f building sits on 10.03 acres and was sold by ABP Enterprise LLC, whom Gatti represented. The single tenant investment sale included a 6-year lease in place with the Commonwealth of Massachusetts who uses the space as a training center for the Middlesex Sheriffs Department. The property sold for $2.6 million.
