handles $2.7 million sale
Fitchburg, MA Ben Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. represented the seller in the sale of 25 Newport St. The 58,000 s/f industrial building is located on 4.76 acres and was delivered vacant to the buyer. Gatti sold the property for $2.7 million in a quick cash deal. The buyer owns and operates an appliance company located in NY and intends to use the building for their business.
