Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. handles 20,000 s/f in leases

Benjamin Gatti of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. recently represented two landlords in leasing 20,000 s/f of warehouse space in Metro West. Gatti represented the landlord, RLM Realty Trust, in leasing 11,000 s/f at 91 Kuiholm Dr. in Holliston. The tenant Cannata Trucking offers shipping and personal storage services. Gatti also represented the landlord, Kane Industrial Trust, in leasing the 8,800 s/f freestanding building at 11 Kane Industrial Dr. in Hudson to City Electric. The landlord, Kane Industrial, recently completed construction on the property, which will serve as an electrical supply house.
