Framingham, MA Ben Gatti, vice president of Greater Boston Commercial Properties, Inc. (GBCP) represented Disruptor Beam in leasing 30,665 s/f of office space at Penn Place, 100 Pennsylvania Ave.  Disruptor Beam, a company focused on turning the world’s greatest entertainment brands into successful games and the team behind Game of Thrones Ascent, Star Trek Timelines and the upcoming The Walking Dead: March to War, will relocate its offices from 161 Worcester Rd.  The new space on floors 2 and 3 will serve as the gaming company’s world headquarters. The expanded offices also provide the company an opportunity to design a progressive software working environment in a space that will be built out by The RMR Group with the sort finishes that are becoming more typical of this market segment.  The building’s on-site fitness center, daycare, new lobby and convenient access were also factors with the new location selection.

The landlord, The RMR Group, was represented by Phil DeSimone and Andrew Sherman of JLL.
