RE/MAX INTEGRA opens first Cape Cod office

Provincetown, MA According to RE/MAX INTEGRA, New England, broker/owner Gregg Russo will open the first exclusive office on Cape Cod. Russo’s office, RE/MAX Long Point, is the first of The RE/MAX Collection’s kind on the Cape, opening its doors at 139 Commercial St. The office will serve clients in the Outer Cape Cod region.

The RE/MAX Collection, RE/MAX INTEGRA’s luxury brand, continues to expand rapidly, with more than 6,000 offices currently operating in 98 countries. This new office marks a significant milestone in the company’s growth.

The RE/MAX Collection agents are given exclusive advertising incentives, specialized training and distinctive marketing tools, such as syndicated online listings in key industry outlets. In New England, the division has grown by 56 percent over the last three years and shows no signs of slowing in 2017.

Russo joins The RE/MAX Collection with more than thirty-five years of experience in the second-home market of the Outer Cape Cod region. Previously, he worked as Broker/Owner at Atlantic Bay Sotheby’s International Realty for over 30 years, and most recently was the Broker/Manager under 3Harbors Realty, both of which are located in Provincetown. In the coming months Russo plans to build a hardworking team that is passionate about marketing the luxurious real estate and lifestyle that is uniquely Cape Cod.
