Gaucher of O,R&L Commercial leases 4,600 s/f in Glastonbury
Bob Gaucher of O,R & L Commercial leased 4,600 s/f at 110 National Dr. to New England Center for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Psychiatry. 110 National Dr. is now 100% leased.
O,R&L Commercial represented the landlord, VSOL/NGL LLC and Wayne Sloper of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage represented the tenant.
