Pearce Commercial Real Estate leases 1,100 s/f in Orange
According to Barbara Pearce, president of Pearce Commercial Real Estate, Carl Russell, CCIM, SIOR, senior commercial broker, and Richard Lombardo, CEM, associate commercial broker with Pearce's Milford office, have completed a lease transaction with an option to purchase of a 1,100 s/f commercial condo unit at 472 Boston Post Rd.
The property is leased to Dr. Jennifer Al Ghuraibawi. The lessor is Kelli Lepensky. Both the lessee and lessor were represented by Russell and Lombardo.
