Klemmer Associates, LLC, has brokered a purchase totaling 76,802 s/f on behalf of Northeast Products, Inc. at 375 Jaffrey Rd. The property was sold for $975,000.
The buyer was represented by Ted Geary with Klemmer Associates. The seller, Monadnock Business Ventures, Inc. was represented by Michelle Lange and George Foskett of The Masiello Group.
Northeast Products produces "Therm-a-Seat" which is a hunting cushion, along with many other accessories for hunters. They will be moving their corporate location from Lawrence, Mass.
