Geenty Group brokers 21,800 s/f office/industrial lease to TeraDAR

Guilford, CT The Geenty Group, Realtors negotiated a 10-year lease of 21,800 s/f of office/industrial space at 1 Shoreline Dr. to TeraDAR, Inc.

Matthew Carey is the president of TeraDAR, which will use the space for the assembly and testing of specialty items for motor vehicle safety and R&D.

The landlord is Russo Real Estate, LLC. The space has 27 ft. ceilings with two truck docks and two drive-in doors.

Kevin Geenty, SIOR and president of The Geenty Group was the sole broker.
