The lessor, York Business Center, LLC, was represented by Mark Glassman of Arnold Peck's Commercial World of Milford. United Financial Services Group is a national company headquartered in Philadelphia with franchisees throughout the United States offering check cashing and other financial services to the public.
In another transaction, Coastal Mechanical Systems, LLC of Centerbrook leased 6,000 s/f of a 24,000 s/f building at 35 Industrial Park Rd., Centerbrook. Coastal Mechanical Systems, LLC will be using the space for HVAC duct manufacturing and distribution. Bill Clark of The Geenty Group, Realtors represented both the landlord, Carroll Properties, LLC, and the tenant. Still available for lease at the same site is one more 6,000 s/f industrial unit.
