Kirby of Lyman Real Estate brokers 8,500 s/f $300,000 sale

HTA Motorsports of Connecticut recently purchased 1050 Main St. The 8,500 s/f building, located at one of the busiest intersections in Willimantic, sits near the corner of Bridge and Main Sts. The single-story building is well suited for office, retail and light warehousing. The owner of HTA Motorsports, Huge Ta, sells and installs performance and appearance systems for cars and trucks including hot rods and everyday drivers. The purchase of 1050 Main St. is the next step, for Ta, to bring his hobby and talents to business profitability. Jeff Kirby, agent for Lyman Real Estate, was the sole agent involved in the $300,000 transaction.
