Geenty Group brokers 4,000 s/f lease at 230 Pepes Farm Rd., Milford
Permanent Siding and Windows of Milford has signed a lease expanding from 1,600 s/f at 124 Pepes Farm Rd. to 4,000 s/f at 230 Pepes Farm Rd.
William Clark of The Geenty Group, Realtors represented the landlord in the transaction, while Kristin Geenty, SIOR and president of The Geenty Group, Realtors, represented the tenant.
