Geenty Group brokers two leases totaling 3,768 s/f

Barry Stratton of The Geenty Group, Realtors, in Branford leased 3,000 s/f of office, shop, and showroom space to be designed and fit up at 801 North Main St. Extension. The tenant is FJC Construction, LLC, managed by Frank Cotrona. Their work includes new construction, remodeling, additions, kitchens, windows, baths, decks, and fences. They also focus on green building. Kevin Geenty, SIOR and Kristin Geenty, SIOR represented the landlord, the Verna Family Insurance Trust. Stratton also leased 768 s/f of office space at 375 Morgan Lane, Unit #207, in West Haven. The tenant is Advanced Testing & Balancing Company, Inc. They provide HVAC testing and balancing, commissioning, sound and vibration, and compliance testing. Stanley Ward, president, is a TABB certified supervisor. Bill Clark, also of The Geenty Group, represented the landlord, Michael Musco.
