Press/Cuozzo sells 2,500 s/f condo for $330,000
According to Steven Press, SIOR, principal of Press/Cuozzo Commercial Services, the 2,500 s/f medical condominium at The Prince Profesional Center located at 46 Prince St., has been sold for $330,000.
Press represented the seller, R & N Realty Associates, LLC. The buyer, Hilliard 309/317, LLC, was represented by Tom Long of WFL Real Estate Services.
