Geenty Group completes two transactions totaling 3,095 s/f

The Geenty Group, Realtors have leased 360 s/f at 2415 Boston Post Rd., Guilford. Zinka Benton of GoodTV, LLC is the tenant. They have leased two offices within a suite of several offices which include a common area conference room, common area reception room, and a common area utility room. GoodTV will use the offices to conduct their web design business. The landlord is Mariner Properties, LLC. Bill Clark, senior vice president at The Geenty Group, was the sole agent in this transaction. The Geenty Group also leased 2,735 s/f of biotech/hi tech lab space in the Orchard Research Park, 688 East Main St., Branford. The tenant is AxioMx Inc. They are a start-up Biotechnology firm founded by senior members of the Affomix and Illumina Corporations. Christopher McLeod is the president. The landlord is Parish Farm Partners, LLC. Kevin Geenty, SIOR and Kristin Geenty, SIOR brokered the lease transaction.
