Geenty leases 10,000 s/f to NH Moving Equip. Co.
New Haven Moving Equipment Company, Inc. has leased additional warehouse and distribution space occupying 10,000 s/f of the 70,000 s/f facility at 13 Beaver Rd. Roger Levine, president of the Moving Equipment Company, negotiated on behalf of the family owned business. The landlord is the Calif.-based Joan G. Adams Appointment Tr. Kevin Geenty, SIOR represented the tenant's interests while Kristin Geenty, SIOR was the landlord's representative.
