Roger Levine, president of the Moving Equipment Company, negotiated on behalf of the family owned business. The landlord is the Calif.-based Joan G. Adams Appointment Tr. Kevin Geenty, SIOR represented the tenant's interests while Kristin Geenty, SIOR was the landlord's representative.
