Gemini Real Estate Advisors acquires The Shawmut Inn for $11.5 million

According to Will Obeid, president of Gemini Real Estate Advisors, LLC, the acquisition of the Shawmut Inn has been completed. The total price was $11.5 million. The Shawmut Inn is a 66 suite, 5 story hotel directly across the street from the TD BankNorth Garden. The property is located at the intersection of Friend St. and Causeway St. The property has 9,000 s/f of retail space on the ground floor. The hotel will be operated as a Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites. Gemini will be responsible for managing the hotel.
