GenCon celebrated the grand opening of their new 18,000 s/f location at 323 Manley St.
The building, which contains 8,500 s/f of office and 9,500 s/f of warehouse space, was designed by GenCon's in- house architects and built out with its own carpenters and subcontractors.
Steve Morrell, lead architect at GenCon, designed the space that includes 2 conference rooms, private offices for all the executive staff, cubicles for field staff and open workspace. The office also has a kitchen and adjacent garage, a gym and a staff lounge. Large screen TV's in the conference rooms, gym and lounge and the Savant system allow GenCon to host vendors and provide presentations for clients and team members.
