George Comfort & Sons leases 15,713 s/f

George Comfort & Sons has completed its first lease signing at 290 Harbor Dr., the newly renovated 5-story, 185,000 s/f office building within the 17-acre Shippan Landing waterfront office park. The property's initial tenant is Stamford-based Workpoint, a provider of coworking environments geared to the needs of media firms along with independents and professionals. Workpoint leased a total of 15,713 s/f, including a 1,000 s/f multicamera studio with greenscreen, control room, and editing facilities. Dana Pike of George Comfort & Sons represented the development's ownership in the long-term office leasing transaction.
