Fischer of Fischer Real Estate sells 150,000 s/f industrial building

An investment group from Ohio has purchased a 2-story, 150,000 s/f industrial building on over 2 acres at 150 Roosevelt Dr. The buyer plans to demolish a portion of the building, completely renovate the rest and then re-introduce the property to the market on a for lease or for sale basis. The seller was Derby Cellular Products, LLC. Alan Fischer, CCIM, SIOR, of Fischer Real Estate Inc. represented both the seller and the buyer. Valley Council of Governments (VCOG) played in integral role in this sale by providing funding for the environmental testing. Said Fischer, "VCOG's Rick Dunne and his team made it possible to get the necessary environmental testing done. With those reports in hand, the buyer was willing to assume complete responsibility for the environmental cleanup of the site, which was a key element to closing this all-cash transaction."
