George J. Smith & Son sells 14,000 s/f office
Milford, CT Deforest Smith, CCIM, SIOR, president of George J. Smith & Son Commercial and Investment Real Estate sold a 14,000 s/f office on Broad St. at the head of Milford Green.
The seller was 1639, LLC. The buyer, Diving Rock Partners, LLC is a group of local investors. They hope to expand the building by utilizing the lower additional 7,000 s/f for office space and potentially add residential units.
