Vidal/Wettenstein sells 515 Fan Hill Rd. - $1.2m
Monroe, CT The 17,860 s/f industrial building at 515 Fan Hill Rd. has been sold to the Redco Audio, Inc. The sale price was $1.2 million or $67.19 per s/f. The building had formerly been occupied by Stancor Pumps. Redco will be using the building for Redco Audio, SpaceLift Attic Lift, and Earmark Communications.
Bruce Wettenstein, SIOR and partner with Vidal/Wettenstein negotiated the sale between Redco Audio and Richal Partnership, LLC. Attorney for the purchaser was Daniel Hoffnung of Winnick Ruben Huffnung Peabody & Mendel, and for the seller, William Britt of Brody, Wilkinson.
