Gerrick joins J.C. Cannistraro as in-house general counsel

Watertown, MA  Regina Gerrick  has joined J.C. Cannistraro’s corporate services team to serve as the firm’s in-house general counsel. With over 12 years of significant legal experience working in organizations including the U.S. Dept. of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and The Community Builders, Inc., Gerrick calls upon her experience working on matters of corporate governance, contract negotiation, real estate development, insurance and financing as she joins Cannistraro and its growing construction, manufacturing and service operations.

Gerrick holds a Juris Doctor degree from Boston College Law School, an MBA from the Boston College Carroll Graduate School of Management and is a member of both the New York and Massachusetts Bar Associations.
