Bernard Gibbons of ABG Realty leases 10,400 s/f of 1st class office space to Weichert financial at 8 Essex Green. This lease represents a significant transaction in what has been a slow North Shore office market.
Weichert Financial Services has opened a branch of its mortgage access corporation in the new location. The office will offer full service mortgage origination and associated services. This marks its fist expansion in to the New England market.
