Phoenix Commercial leases 6,700 s/f to BioSurfaces
Phoenix Commercial R.E. has leased 6,700 s/f of flex space to BioSurfaces, Inc. at the Ashland Technology Center, 200 Homer Ave.
The tenant is a research firm dedicated to developing medical devices using patented biomaterial technologies with applications ranging from patients with peripheral and cardiovascular disease to everyday commercial use by a customer looking to prevent or cure an infection.
Mark Rosen of Phoenix was the sole broker in the transaction.
Erin Gannon of Calare Properties, Inc., the management agent for Ashland Technology Centre, represented the owner, NEREEF Ashland LLC.
