1 Aegean Drive - Methuen, MAMethuen, MA NAI Hunneman’s leasing & advisory services group recently completed a 24,901 s/f lease transaction with MyWord! at 1 Aegean Dr. The sign company is moving its operations from Dracut.
NAI Hunneman senior vice president David Gilkie, executive vice president Jim Boudrot, and assistant vice president Mike Allen represented the landlord PGA Realty while the tenant was represented by Micah Stubblebine of The Stubblebine Co.
