Brown of Campanelli and Newmark Grubb Knight Frank handle 22,600 s/f to Healthcare Financial - Trivelas and Galeota of Cushman & Wakefield represent tenant

Quincy, MA Campanelli signed a lease with Healthcare Financial, Inc. at Heritage Two for 22,600 s/f. In collaboration with Peter Brown, director of leasing at Campanelli, the Newmark Grubb Knight Frank suburban team of Mike Frisoli and Matt Morgan, with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank downtown brokers Dave Martel and Molly Davis, serve as the exclusive leasing agents for the property. The tenant was represented by Cushman & Wakefield managing director Peter Trivelas and senior vice president Rebecca Galeota. Healthcare Financial is the 15th company to relocate to Quincy’s Heritage Landing since the campus was purchased by Campanelli in 2013. 

Healthcare Financial, a leader in patient advocacy, will be relocating its headquarters from Downtown Boston on June 1. The company, which signed a long-term lease, is set to occupy the entire seventh floor at Heritage Two.  “Seeing respected companies like Healthcare Financial migrate out of Boston to settle at Heritage Landing gives us a great amount of pride,” says Dan DeMarco, a partner at Campanelli. “Our team has worked hard to create a workplace on the South Shore that is attractive to all types and sizes of firms. Healthcare Financial joins Johnston Associates, Windstream and State Street Bank as the one of the many tenants to opt for office space in Quincy over their previous home in Boston.
