Gilkie of NAI Hunneman represents D&D Management in $2.35 million sale of 1 Dunham Road

NAI Hunneman represented D&D Management in the $2.35 million acquisition of 1 Dunham Rd., a 35,000 s/f office and flex property. The acquisition is the latest to D&D's expanding portfolio which includes office, flex and retail properties in Burlington and Billerica, all with strong tenant retention and personally managed by D&D. NAI Hunneman senior vice president David Gilkie represented the buyer D&D Management while seller Martin White Glove was represented by Sam Oddo, of Oddo, Inc. The seller is also leasing back 17,000 s/f of warehouse space in the building. "This is a great building and it was an interesting transaction in that the property is partially leased back by the seller along with additional income from two car dealers that use a portion of the parking field," said Gilkie. "The remaining space offers 18,000 s/f with an elevator, lots of natural light and picturesque views of the neighboring woodlands which will be appealing to users in the market." With 18,000 s/f of available space, 1 Dunham Rd. offers a suburban location close to several traveled thoroughfares including Rt 3, Rt. 62, Rt. 3A and the Middlesex Turnpike, and is only minutes from Rt. 128/I-95 and I-495. The building offers efficient and flexible space for a variety of users, ample parking and loading facilities on the first floor.
