Giller of MANSARD brokers $2 million sale

David Giller, of MANSARD, represented a buyer from Tennessee, Acadia Healthcare, in the $2 million purchase of 24 acres on 581 Faunce Corner Rd., to be developed into a 130,000 s/f medical care facility. This area is part of a rapidly expanding medical area and is Acadia's first facility in New England.
