Streett of National Realty Advisors, LLC negotiates 5,292 s/f lease at the Rutherford Building

National Realty Advisors, LLC has negotiated a long term lease for 5,292 s/f of office space on behalf of Goldberg, Yolles & Lepore, LLC in The Rutherford Building at Blue Back Sq., 65 Memorial Rd. Blue Back Sq. is a mixed use office, retail, medical and residential development, located in West Hartford Center. Tenants include Hartford Hospital, Crate & Barrel, Barnes & Noble, Criterion Cinemas, The Cheescake Factory, REI, New York Sports Club, Whole Foods, Fleming's Prime Steakhouse, Cummings & Lockwood and many others. Goldberg, Yolles and Lepore, LLC is a full service investment consulting company affiliated with Wells Fargo Advisors Financial Network, LLC. It provides fee based investment advisory services to institutional and high net-worth private clientele. Jeff Streett of National Realty Advisors represented the tenant, and Sean O'Neil of Jones Lang LaSalle Americas, Inc. represented the landlord, SOF-IX Blueback Square Holdings, L.P.
