Giller of MANSARD facilitates $2.8 million sale

David Giller, MANSARDWakefield, MA David Giller, of MANSARD, facilitated the sale of 338 Main St., along with some abutting residential properties. The buyer, Shelter Development of Baltimore Maryland, purchased the site for $2.8 million from Fraen Corporation. The property is being redeveloped into 90 units of assisted living.
